Olivia Heuer, is a Lincoln High School graduate and current student at Mid-State Technical College. Her Community Service Initiative, “Tools for Tomorrow – Equipping Students, Empowering Teachers,” aims to foster a more supportive and well-equipped educational environment.

Since 1985, the Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization has been providing scholarships to some of the most talented, intelligent and driven young women in the community.
