About Us
Since 1985 the Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization has awarded more than $250,000 worth of scholarship assistance to young women in Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding areas. Through our program, we are committed to empowering young women not only through higher education, but also by giving them the skills to be successful in their future careers. Miss Wisconsin Rapids and Miss Wisconsin Rapids' Teen serve our community by promoting their own individual initiative, acting as a spokesperson for Miss America's national platform (The American Heart Association), and volunteering at local events throughout the area.
Women born between 1/1/2006 and 12/31/2010 qualify for the Teen competition. Miss contestants must be born between 1996 and 2006.
The Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Competition is a preliminary competition to the Miss Wisconsin, Miss Wisconsin's Teen, Miss America's Teen, and Miss America Competitions. The Miss Wisconsin Rapids Organization is 501(c)3, run solely by volunteers.

The Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization is a local preliminary competition to the Miss Wisconsin and Miss America Competitions. This means that the winner of the Miss Wisconsin Rapids Pageant will go on to compete at the Miss Wisconsin Pageant held in June in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Whomever wins Miss Wisconsin, advances to the national, Miss America competition.
